This page describes Spoon Fieldwork’s baseline operating practices. A client-approved project protocol and contract take priority where they set more specific requirements.
Who we are
Spoon Fieldwork is a service brand of Silkroad Development LLC, 4926 Conrad Street, Skokie, Illinois. We provide English-language telephone interviewing, recruitment, scheduling, and survey fieldwork support.
Client project data
For subcontracted work, we prefer to work inside the client’s approved CATI and file-transfer environment. We limit interviewer access to the information needed for the assigned project and avoid downloading respondent data to local devices unless the client has explicitly approved a controlled exception.
Calls and recordings
Interviewers follow the approved introduction, consent language, contact rules, and disposition codes for each project. Calls are not recorded by default. Recording is used only when authorized by the project protocol and permitted under applicable requirements.
Retention and closeout
Project materials are returned, transferred, or deleted according to the client-approved closeout plan. Any required exception is documented and escalated to project leadership.
Website inquiries
If you email us, we use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, evaluate potential work, and maintain ordinary business records. Please do not send respondent data or other sensitive project information in an initial email.
