A small supervised launch validates timing, logic, respondent experience, and interviewer readiness.

Clean files, field notes, recordings where permitted, and a concise closeout report.
Our baseline is simple: use the client-approved environment, minimize respondent data, and make exceptions visible.
For subcontracted projects, we prefer the client’s approved CATI environment, sample, scripts, and disposition rules.
Interviewers receive only the access and respondent information required for their assigned shift and project role.
Calls are not recorded by default. Recording is used only when the approved protocol, consent language, and applicable rules permit it.
Temporary project materials are returned or deleted on the client-approved schedule, with exceptions documented and escalated.
These are operating commitments, not a claim of certification. Project-specific contractual, legal, and client requirements govern each engagement.
“A practical extension of your research team—careful with people, serious about data.”
Real interviewers who listen, clarify appropriately, and protect the respondent experience.
Direct access to project leadership, fast decisions, and staffing shaped around the work.
White-label friendly, comfortable as a subcontractor, and aligned to your methods and reporting cadence.
